Another great fan poster, this one of Deathstroke by mrbrownie. Other than the minor quibble that he didn't edit the cast from the Dark Knight poster he used as the source (Heath Ledger obviously won't be in the next movie). But still a great job.
- Here's a "leaked" Batman 3 script that's not legitimate, and only 8 pages, but pretty well done. It's along the same lines as I had suggested for the Riddler, having Gotham hire him to help bring down Batman.
- Ain't It Cool has an article about the 2011 date that I mentioned the other day, but their article included a rumor I hadn't heard before:
One COMPLETELY UNSUBSTANTIATED rumor has THE SOPRANOS' David Chase taking over for Nolan. Personally, I call shenanigans. Just conveying a report recently sent in by one untested source...
That would be... weird. I can't help but picture Bruce Wayne and Hugo Strange having a session in Dr. Melfi's office. The Sopranos was great, but Chase's experience as a director is limited. I concur with AICN's skepticism, although I'm not prepared to overuse capital letters like they do. - The top selling graphic novels in bookstores for 2008 were released, and two Batman books made the list: The Killing Joke at #5 and The Dark Knight Returns #13. With the exception of Watchmen, the rest of the list is all manga.
